Proposal & Fixed Quote

Within 3 business days of our discovery call, you receive a detailed written proposal including: full project scope and feature list • design direction and tech stack • project timeline with milestones • fixed, itemized pricing — what we quote is what you pay, guaranteed. We don't start work until you've reviewed, agreed, and are 100% comfortable with the proposal.

Design & Prototype

Before writing a single line of code, we design your entire product in Figma — wireframes, visual designs, and an interactive prototype. You'll be able to click through the full experience and request any changes before development begins. This step ensures you get exactly what you imagined, not what we assumed.

Development & Weekly Updates

Our engineers build your product with clean, scalable code — no templates, no shortcuts. Throughout development, you receive weekly progress updates and can review the product on a private staging environment. We're available via WhatsApp and email throughout the build.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Before launch, every feature is tested across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) and browsers. We test performance, security, forms, payment flows, and all user journeys. You also receive a final walkthrough video so you understand exactly how your product works.

Launch & Handover

We deploy your product to live servers and complete a full handover: all source code delivered to you, admin credentials, hosting setup, domain configuration, and a documentation guide for managing your own product. You own everything. No lock-in, ever.
